Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to orders placed with ProTech Mounts (“ProTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the policies described below.
1. Order Processing (Online & Telephone Orders)
All online and telephone orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Once confirmed, orders are picked, packed, and labelled for collection by one of our designated shipping carriers.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx and UPS for destinations within Canada and the United States. For international shipments, we may use a combination of carriers to secure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option.
Carrier pickups from our warehouse occur Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
3. Tracking & Shipment Insurance
All shipped orders include tracking and insurance covering the declared value of the shipment in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Shipments may be tracked directly through the carrier’s website
4. Shipping Times
Expedited & Urgent Orders
If you require next-day delivery or have an urgent shipping request, please contact us by phone or email prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability and pricing.
Canada

Ontario & Quebec: Most urban locations receive delivery within 1–2 business days; rural areas may take up to 3 business days.

Other Canadian Provinces: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on destination and postal code.
5. Customs, Duties & Additional Charges

U.S. and international customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and clearance fees.

When promotional free shipping or flat-rate shipping is offered, ProTech reserves the right to select the carrier.

Bulky items or shipments to remote or rural locations may be subject to additional delivery surcharges.
6. Returns Policy
Eligible products may be returned within:

30 days of in-store purchase, or
-
30 days from the date an online order is received.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, adapters, and mounting hardware.
Returns After 30 Days
No returns are accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Any exceptions are made solely at ProTech’s discretion and, if approved, may be subject to additional fees or restocking charges.
7. Restocking Fees
Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, or not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 50%, at ProTech’s discretion.
We strongly recommend verifying all components before initiating a return. Please contact us if you are unsure about eligibility.
8. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Used items that cannot be restored to original condition, including: -

TV wall mounts and antenna mounts

Coaxial cable and bulk cable

Certain personal electronics

Items returned with missing parts or accessories

Any items returned after the applicable return window

Satellite equipment and clearance items (final sale)
9. Exchanges

All purchases are considered final sale, unless otherwise stated.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of in-store purchase or 30 days of online order receipt.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on satellite equipment or clearance items.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Credit Card Processing Fee
Returns originally paid for by credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
At your request, or when processing an exchange, ProTech may issue store credit in lieu of a refund.
11. Return Authorization (Online Orders)
For all online orders, customers must contact ProTech prior to returning any items. Return authorization and detailed instructions will be provided to ensure timely and accurate processing.
12. Return Shipping Costs

For non-warranty returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty-related returns may incur additional shipping charges.

Items returned directly to a manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders lost due to incorrect addresses will not be replaced unless the shipment is returned to us.

If returned, additional shipping charges will apply before reshipment.

If the error is determined to be ProTech’s responsibility, the order will be replaced or reshipped at no additional cost.
No refunds will be issued for lost or returned shipments resulting from customer-provided address errors.
14. Warranty Policy
If you experience any issues with a product purchased from ProTech, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Unless otherwise stated, most products include a 30-day in-store warranty from the date of purchase.

After the initial 30 days, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer, using your proof of purchase.

Manufacturer warranty periods vary by brand and typically range up to one (1) year.
Warranties cover manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
